DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
1. Our Role
This site is a search index and aggregator. We do not host, store, or upload any video files; all media is hosted by third-party platforms. As a result, removing content from its original source is the responsibility of the platform that hosts it. We can, however, remove links and references to allegedly infringing material from our index.
2. Filing a Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or an agent acting on their behalf, and believe that content indexed on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice that includes the following information required under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- The specific URL(s) on this site that link to or reference the allegedly infringing material, with enough detail for us to locate it
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
3. How to Submit
Please send your complete takedown notice to our designated copyright agent at dmca@blowjobit.pro. Notices that do not include all of the required information may not be actionable.
4. Our Response
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the identified links from our index. We may also forward the notice to the third-party platform that hosts the underlying content. We reserve the right to terminate access for repeat infringers where applicable.
5. Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your contact information along with consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
6. Misrepresentations
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed in error, may be liable for damages.
